Many people in this country believe that because George W. Bush is a Republican, that Congress is controlled by the Republicans. Nothing could be farther from the truth. The do nothing, obstructionist, 110th Congress is controlled by the Democrats, you know, the congress that has only a 9% approval rating, they're democat controlled. So if you are really behind the "change" movement and believe change is needed to fix some of our national problems, Then it is time to change Congress by voting out those do nothing Democrats and replace them with people who will get things done, not for party, or ideology, but for America.

The 110th Congress, under the control of Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi, along with most of the elected Democrats around the nation, seem to think that Americans are stupid, ignorant children. They have ignored the demands of their constituents on closing the borders and illegal immigration, on the economy, the war in Iraq, on energy and they have dissed the Supreme Court and flipped them off on the right to keep and bear arms. They have done nothing in the past year, in order to make the administration look bad. It is now time America to throw the bums out.

Now with the collapse of the investment and banking giants, Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid are pointing their fingers at President Bush and blaming him for the failures. But wait....acording to the Constitution, it is not within the President's duties to regulate and control the nations finances and banking institutions, it is the responsibility if, guess who, Congress. As usual the Dems in congress did nothing to stop the problems before the implosion. At least 18 times since 2001 Democrats blocked efforts at overhauling Fannie and Freddie even as accounting scandals and executive rip offs became public. It is no one's fault but the Democrat controlled Congress. This November you must....

So, why do I have to pay a "fee," to obtain a "license," for the "privilege" of carrying a gun, which is guaranteed by the Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution (... "the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.") and Section 24 of the Washington State Constitution (The right of the individual citizen to bear arms in defense of himself, or the state, shall not be impaired...)?

This is a meat and potatoes web site. It has three main focal points; gun rights, illegal immigration and the war to save western civilization. The articles are written in plain, easy to understand English. You won't find words you need to look up like "insouciant," or made up words like "truthiness." Well, maybe a couple like sheeple and hollywonk, but not too many. It is easy to read and easy to understand. It is a web site for the sheeple, uhh, people, who have their heads buried in the sands of indifference and denial.

On August 24, 2004, the U. S. Justice Department confirmed "the right to bear arms" as an individual right . Since then, there has been a major effort to hide this from public view. It has been removed from the Justice Department's web site and the links will take you to a page of Justice Department obfuscation, but you can read it here. All of the linked material is there, but you must scroll down the page to find it.

For the foregoing reasons, we conclude that the Second Amendment secures an individual right to keep and to bear arms. Current case law leaves open and unsettled the question of whose right is secured by the Amendment. Although we do not address the scope of the right, our examination of the original meaning of the Amendment provides extensive reasons to conclude that the Second Amendment secures an individual right, and no persuasive basis for either the collective-right or quasi-collective-right views. The text of the Amendment's operative clause, setting out a "right of the people to keep and bear Arms," is clear and is reinforced by the Constitution's structure. The Amendment's prefatory clause, properly understood, is fully consistent with this interpretation. The broader history of the Anglo-American right of individuals to have and use arms, from England's Revolution of 1688-1689 to the ratification of the Second Amendment a hundred years later, leads to the same conclusion. Finally, the first hundred years of interpretations of the Amendment, and especially the commentaries and case law in the pre-Civil War period closest to the Amendment's ratification, confirm what the text and history of the Second Amendment require.

After this ruling was handed down, Chicago's Mayor Daley had this to say: "An angry Mayor Richard Daley on Thursday called the Supreme Court's overturning of the Washington D.C. handgun ban "a very frightening decision" and vowed to fight vigorously any challenges to Chicago's ban." City officials expressed confidence the city would prevail in any court challenge, asserting, among other things, that the 2nd Amendment as part of the Bill of Rights restricts the federal government and does not apply to state and local governments. Wrong, wrong and wrong, for the following reasons:

I find it disturbing, that at a time when our culture is breaking down, and belief in God and institutions is wavering, that liberals want to take away our guns which are the only means of self-protection for the law abiding.

The debate however, is not about guns - it is about control. About who, or what, will take control of your life.

And on that same subject, Sen Schumer, in so many words, says he will not allow the appointment of any more judges to the Supreme Court who view the Constitution as our nations supreme law. After all, how can liberals destroy the Constituition if the Supreme Court doesn't support them? Remember, citizen disarmament laws are the road to tyranny. God bless you all. I FOUND IT! I found the spine that America lost about 35 years ago and I am herewith returning it to you, the American People. What you choose to do with it is entirely up to you, but if you are truly an American you will slip it back into place and stand up on your own two feet and tell the world that you have had enough and from this moment on you are going to help take America back from the global socialists at the U.N., the N.E.A., the A.C.L.U., Amnesty International and the Marxists in our government, educational system and mainstream media, who are using "political correctness" and all it encompasses, as seen through their distorted world view, to give aid and comfort to our enemies in the war on terror and mold America to their design.

Those in this country, who wish us to withdraw from Iraq without victory, who find God objectionable, who support abortion on demand, who give child molesters only a slap on the wrist, who promote an immoral Hollywonk world, who support the Homosexual agenda and who struggle to undermine the Constitution at every opportunity, are not true Americans. Their allegiance lies elsewhere, perhaps in Moscow, or Beijing, maybe Damascus, or Teheran, San Francisco, or Seattle, or some secretive group in Switzerland, but not with America. These people would destroy a traditional, moral America, simply to "legitimize" their immoral way of life.

To be successful every nation requires a moral compass. For over 200 years ours has been the Judeo-Christian way of life, with the Ten Commandments and the Golden Rule guiding the way. Without them as an anchor, there is nothing to keep this country from floundering. This is exactly what those who deny God want. Take God out of the schools and out of our national life and continue to ignore unregulated immigration and the end has all but arrived. The major reason radical Islam hates America is that they perceive that we have lost our moral compass and our immorality is tainting their society. So, how do we fix that?

Starting down the road to recovery is simple, you start with small steps. First you must wish everyone you encounter during the Christmas season, a "MERRY CHRISTMAS and a HAPPY NEW YEAR" and in the Spring a "Happy Easter." Use "Christmas Holiday" instead of "Winter Break" and use "Easter Holiday" instead of "Spring Break" and if this upsets them, TOUGH!

Next, stop using gender neutral terms like Ms. Unmarried women should be referred to as Miss, as in the Miss America Contest. The use of Ms., as in the Ms. America Contest, would be a bit confusing, as it is in everyday life. The term Ms. was invented to give married feminists greater opportunity to play around. Married women should be referred to as Mrs. plain and simple. Actresses are NOT actors. An actor is a male and an actress is female, but I'll bet you already knew that. Don't be bashful, use the proper terms. Again, if they don't like it, TOUGH! Once you stop feeling guilty for things you have no business feeling guilty about in the first place, you should feel a certain sense of relief in your newly rediscovered freedom of expression. Don't be a sheep. You know what happens to sheep.

Stop being an enabler. Black leaders and organizations, continue to stir the racial pot, because it is good business. Slavery ended in this country 143 years ago. The Civil Rights Act was passed 44 years ago. There is no one alive today who was a slave in America. There is no one alive today who owned slaves in America. Over the years, many thousands of Blacks have made successes of themselves. They have become doctors, lawyers, politicians, and educators and have become successful in business, sports, writing, media, entertainment, music, fashions, and nearly all fields of endeavor. If Blacks in today's world cannot make it, it is probably the result of personal sloth, just as it is with whites, not that of the system. It is time to get over the past and get on with the future.

The Seattle School District's web site, until June of 2006, asserted falsely, that, "only whites can be racists." Seattle School District take NOTE: Such racist terms as Ofay, Wonder bread, Whitey, Peckerwood, Milky, Honky, Cracker, Birdshit etc., are not bandied about by whites. Here is an excellent article on this subject. The web site also disparaged, assimilation into American society, as the "giving up" of one's culture, which is of course, patently false. This implies that one must give up who and what one is in order to become an American. Nothing could be further from the truth. My ancestors came to America from Scotland early in the 19th century and we still celebrate our Scots heritage even though our allegiance is to America and the stars and stripes. One needn't give up one's culture to become an American. All that is asked is that the immigrant learns to speak and read English and become a citizen and vote. The schools, instead of preparing the immigrants to become successful, are in reality encouraging them to remain unproductive and a continual drain on America's resources.

The SSD statements above, were removed from the web site, due to the number of complaints they received, however it remains their policy. Other school districts around the country are teaching the same crap to your children, or grandchildren. If this doesn't make you angry enough to take action, then there is probably no hope for this nation. The U.N., the N.E.A., the A.C.L.U. and Amnesty International, among others want to destroy the traditional, American way of life. They will not be happy until we are brought down to the level of a third world nation. If you even entertain the idea that "only whites can be racists," then we are well on our way. Is this what you want for America's future? If we don't act soon this is what we will get.

In a related school issue, again in Seattle, this time a private school, the children are being taught that ownership of private property is evil. The children were allegedly incorporating into their activities, "assumptions about ownership and the social power it conveys." These assumptions "mirrored those of a class-based, capitalist society -- a society that we teachers believe to be unjust and oppressive." I wonder if the children's parents agree. See the article.

And still more on the school front: Officials at Deerfield High School in Deerfield, Ill., have ordered their 14-year-old freshman class into a "gay" indoctrination seminar, after having them sign a confidentiality agreement promising not to tell their parents. And the same thing at North Newton High School in Newton, Mass.. These are public schools. They can't bar parents from public schools. Does no one care?

The "politically correct" psychology is to make white, Christian, Americans feel guilty about such things as using the term "Illegal Alien" rather than the more PC, "Undocumented Immigrant." You know as well as I do, that the term "Illegal Alien,"regardless of what several Latino organizations would have you believe, is NOT racist. Illegals can come from many counties and be of many races, shapes and sizes. A Norwegian who enters the country illegally is just as guilty as a Mexican who enters the country illegally. The key word in that phrase is not alien, it is ILLEGAL and no matter your race or nationality, if you have entered the country illegally, you-are-a-criminal not simply an "undocumented immigrant". Don't be intimidated by the guilt mongers, use the term whenever it is appropriate, IT IS NOT RACIST. (Some links of interest.) Our nation has really misplaced its spine on this issue and no good will come of it. Contact your Senators and Representative and let them know how you feel about amnesty vs. enforcement of our immigration laws. Links are at the bottom of this page.

It will be far cheaper to send them home, than to pay for welfare, housing, health and natal care, social security, entitlements, schooling, law enforcement, incarceration, etc., etc., etc.

Our current "Rules of Engagement" is another way of saying "America must never win another war." We are fighting a no holds barred enemy with our hands tied behind our back. Our enemy in this fight has no restraining rules of engagement, they do not belong to the U.N., they have not signed any Geneva Accords, they have signed no non-proliferation treaties, they have no respect for life, and they kill more civilians than military. Their only goal is to win and they will, if we do not adjust our "rules of engagement" to at least meet theirs and fight them on a level battlefield and with overwhelming power.

There are no "innocent civilians" in this conflict. Every man, woman and child is a potential combatant, bomber, sniper, or spy. The general population in Iraq allows the insurgents to live among them, thus providing them cover. This doesn't mean we should target civilians, but if they are inadvertently killed in the prosecution of the war, so be it. The only way to win a war, any war, is to cause so much death and destruction that the enemy looses any heart to continue. Unless we engage the enemy, using the same rules he is, we will never win another war. You cannot win a war with kindness, or talk. The time for kindness and talk, comes after the enemy is defeated.

Every time our young men and women are called to arms, there is a contingent of bleeding heart journalists, politicians and their camp followers that claim we are sending our young men and women out to die for their country. They know as well as we do that these young men and women are not being sent out to die for their country, but to kill for their country. LET THEM DO THEIR JOB! The war would be over sooner, with less loss of life. The last real war we won was World War II. If we did to Baghdad and Karbala what we did to Berlin and Cologne, this war would have been over long ago.

Patriot is not a dirty word, it is something every American should aspire to. There can be nothing greater than to be a God loving, American Patriot.
