This site takes me back to the great struggle for independence and all those who risked their lives and fortunes to make this nation free.

I find there are a number of my old friends and their thoughts included here. What a great lot they were. Although he was a bit of a raconteur, I think I miss old Ben Franklin most of all. What a witty, brilliant man he was. Probably no where else in the world, in such a concentrated area, were there more minds of like nature and enlightened thought.

I am saddened however, at the condition the country finds itself in these days, and to find that the Democratic Party no longer represents those ideals upon which it was founded.

On the other hand, I am encouraged by the actions of that young Abe Lincoln, who re-established our visions and ideals in the Republican Party.

This site is a reflection of those ideals, and I heartily endorse it and recommend it's reading to all those interested in preserving this nation, and their God given freedoms.

Before I give you my endorsement, I would like to thank Mr. Jefferson for his kind words, but without the hand of God guiding my every action, and giving me continued strength, I am afraid I might otherwise have faltered in those difficult and trying times.

The telegraph was a great boon to communication in my time, but this thing called the Internet, taking words and pictures, throughout the world in blink of the eye, is truly amazing. I am encouraged by the words at this site, as they are what I would have said, and if I am not mistaken, some of the words here were mine.

I am gratified that history found some of my words memorable, even inspirational. Sites like this are neccessary to keep the torch of liberty alight. As I know the Constitution to be inviolate, I also know it is neccessary to overthrow those who pervert the Constitution.

I heartily approve of this site and recommend it to all.

I find your site a bit on the patriotic side and somewhat self-indulgent. It is "ordinary Americans" like you who make it tough on those of us destined to run things. You seem to think you are somehow qualified to run this country and that the government should be answerable to you, and the rest of the nation, for its actions. This is a very antiquated view and is no longer supportable on a world scale. There are just too many special interest groups for that to work any longer. When this was primarily a Christian nation it was a workable form of government, but no more. You people are just going to have to get used to the new way of doing things.

You know, it bothers me that people are calling me a liar because it's just not true. I've kept every promise that I meant to keep and that includes to my wife and co-President, Hillary.

On the plus side however, you've hit the nail on the head, and there's more truth on your site than you know, and you know how much I respect the truth.
