This list of likes, dislikes and general observations is a melding of two lists, credited variously to Andy Rooney, George Carlin, Ted Nugent, Dennis Miller and others. None of them would take credit for either list. So, I think I’ll just call this:

I am sick of "Political Correctness." I know a lot of black people, and not a single one of them was born in Africa ; so how can they be "African-Americans"? Besides, Africa is a continent. I don't go around saying I am a European-American because my grandfather was from Europe. I am proud to be from America and nowhere else. And, if you don't like my point of view, tough...

I don't think being a minority makes you noble, or a victim of anything except numbers. The only things I can think of that are truly discriminatory are things like the United Negro College Fund, Jet Magazine, Black Entertainment Television, and Miss Black America and the Cogressional Black Caucus. Try to have things like the United Caucasian College Fund, Cloud Magazine, White Entertainment Television, Miss White America, or a Congressional White Caucus; and see what happens...Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton and the NAACP will be knocking down your door. I think we need an NAAWP just to balance things out.

The United Nations uses the definition of racial discrimination laid out in the “International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination” adopted in 1966: ”Any distinction, exclusion, restriction or preference based on race, color, descent, or national or ethnic origin which has the purpose or effect of nullifying or impairing the recognition, enjoyment or exercise, on an equal footing, of human rights and fundamental freedoms in the political, economic, social, cultural or any other field of public life.” Based on the U.N. definition, who are the discriminators?

Slavery ended in this country 141 years ago. There is no one alive today who was a slave in America. The Civil Rights Act was passed 42 years ago. In the intervening years thousands of Blacks have made successes of themselves. They have become doctors, lawyers, politicians, and educators and have become successful in business, sports, writing, media, entertainment, music, fashions, and nearly all fields of endeavor. If Blacks in today's world cannot make it, it is their fault not that of the system. It is time to get over the past and get on with the future.

I want to know which church is it exactly where the Reverend Jesse Jackson preaches. And where does he get his money. And why is he always part of the problem and not the solution. I've never owned a slave, or was a slave, I didn't wander forty years in the desert after getting chased out of Egypt, I haven't burned any witches or been persecuted by the Turks and neither have you, so shut-up already.

Guns do not make you a killer. I think killing makes you a killer. You can kill someone with a baseball bat or a car, but no one is trying to ban you from driving to the ball game.

I believe they are called the Boy Scouts for a reason and that is why there are no girls allowed. Girls belong in the Girl Scouts! ARE YOU LISTENING MARTHA BURKE? Oh, while we are on the subject I don't think it is proper for the Scouts to have Gay troop leaders. If Gays are really that much into scouting, there is nothing stopping them from establishing The Gay Scouts of America. I am sure the United Way will gladly help fund them.

I think that if you feel homosexuality is wrong, that it is not a phobia, but an opinion. I believe everyone has a right to pray to his or her God or gods, just leave the rest of us out of it. This also applies to your sexuality.

I have the right "NOT" to be tolerant of others because they are different, weird, or tick me off. I'm not in touch with my feelings and I like it that way; damn it!

When 70% of the people who get arrested are black, in cities where 70% of the population is black, that is not racial profiling, it is the Law of Probability.

I believe that if you are selling me a Big Mac, a pack of cigarettes, a newspaper, or a hotel room, you must do it in English! As a matter of fact, if you want to be an American citizen, you should have to speak English!

I think the police should have every right to shoot your sorry ass if you threaten them after they tell you to stop. If you can't understand the word "freeze" or "stop" in English, see the previous item.

My father and grandfather didn't die in vain so you could leave the countries you were born in to come over and disrespect ours, or tell us our Constitution is a living document; and open to your interpretations. George Soros pay attention.

I don't think that just because you were born in a foreign country, qualifies you for any special loan programs, government sponsored bank loans, or tax breaks, etc., so you can open a hotel, coffee shop, trinket store, or any other business.

I don't hate the rich and I don't pity the poor. I believe the money I make, belongs to me and my family, not some midlevel governmental functionary with a bad comb-over who wants to give it away to crack addicts squirting out babies.

I know pro wrestling is fake, but so are movies and television. That doesn't stop you from watching them.

I think Bill Gates has every right to keep every penny he made and continue to make more. If it ticks you off, go and invent the next operating system that's better, and put your name on the building.

It doesn't take a whole village to raise a child right, but it does take a parent, preferably both of them, to stand up to the kid; and smack their little behinds when necessary, and say "NO!"

I think that being a student doesn't give you any more enlightenment than working at Blockbuster. In fact, if your parents are footing the bill to put your pansy ass through 4-7 years of college, you haven't begun to be enlightened.

I think tattoos and piercing are fine if you want them, but please don't pretend they are a political statement. And, please, stay home until that new lip ring heals. I don't want to look at your ugly infected mouth as you serve me French fries!

I think if you are too stupid to know how a ballot works, I don't want you deciding who should be running the most powerful nation in the world for the next four years.

I think fireworks should be legal on the 4th of July.

86% of Americans believe in God. Therefore I have a very hard time understanding why there is such a problem in having "In God We Trust" on our money and having "God" in the Pledge of Allegiance. Why don't we just tell the 14% to Shut Up and BE QUIET!!!
